This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to establish key business metrics and gather requirements for scalable insights.

• Design and build dashboards while architecting data pipelines for stakeholders.

• Enhance and maintain existing data infrastructure and dashboards in response to evolving business needs.

• Publish and uphold clear documentation while collecting user feedback.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance data efficiency.

• Implement infrastructure modifications, optimize SQL queries, and enhance data workflow landing times.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and gaps and agree on solutions.

• Lead projects from inception to completion and provide strategic partnership to the team.

• Ensure that analytics deliverables conform to contractual obligations, service-level expectations, and business results.

• Partner with leadership on data-driven enhancements, risks, issues, solution-oriented initiatives, and transformational projects.

• Advise leadership using data trends and performance metrics.

• Aid operational and strategic decision-making by conveying complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics.

• Proficiency in Python and/or other data scripting languages.

• Familiarity with a business intelligence visualization tool (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms to explore large and diverse data sets.

• Ability to learn and apply emerging data analytic toolkits.

• Strong analytical skills and curiosity to understand and clarify questions and observations in data.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve unique challenges with creative and efficient solutions.

• Willingness to work from 8 AM to 5 PM AKST.

• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
