Data Analytics and Reporting, Spring Research Assistant, Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop new dashboards

• Streamline reporting processes through automation

• Facilitate data-driven process and program enhancements

• Assist with ongoing firm-wide sustainability analytics and reporting efforts

• Participate in emissions accounting activities

• Aid in regulatory reporting tasks

• Support assessments of physical climate risks

• Contribute to LP engagement initiatives

• Collaborate with the Data, Analytics, Reporting, and LP Engagement (DARL) team

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; this position does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states during the internship: AZ, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, NJ, NY, TN, TX, VA, WI, AR, CO, IN, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NC, OH, PA, SC, UT, WA, WY

• Graduate student or an advanced undergraduate (i.e., a student entering their final year of undergraduate studies)

• Strong data analytics capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ideally one or more additional statistical tools (e.g., VBA, Python, R, SQL)

• Extensive experience in data visualization, with knowledge of one or more dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Streamlit)

• Background or proven interest in responsible investing, corporate social responsibility, climate/sustainability, or a related area

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks with attention to detail, urgency, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to high-quality work

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in English
