Data Analyst, Slovak

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance the data quality of multilingual text classifiers.

• Collaborate with Linguistics and Engineering teams to create parsers for various languages.

• Translate taxonomies that encompass Skills, Titles, and Occupations.

• Analyze and cleanse data utilizing Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Leverage language, data, and text analysis expertise to uphold high-quality global data.

• Contribute to Lightcast's global data initiatives and provide top-notch data to clients across international markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and writing Slovak is mandatory, including a solid grasp of language syntax and structural analysis.

• A reliable laptop and internet access are essential.

• Multilingual candidates are highly preferred, especially those fluent in Czech.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data cleanup tasks, and functions.

• Understanding of query languages like SQL.

• Advanced skills in writing rules using regular expressions (RegEx).

• Knowledge of text analysis or principles of machine learning.

• Experience in data analysis with tools such as Excel.

• Capability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with precision and consistency.

• Ability to follow intricate instructions, navigate uncertainty, and work autonomously.

• Strong sense of urgency, organizational skills, and effective time management.
