This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Conduct research on product hypotheses to enhance platform metrics for retailers and advertisers, focusing on ROAS, ad spend, and churn rate.
β’ Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define critical insights and desired enhancements to the platform.
β’ Work alongside both technical and non-technical business partners to develop and refine functionalities.
β’ Engage with stakeholders both within the team and externally.
β’ Take ownership of results and business metrics for advertisers and retailers.
β’ Participate in advanced sales processes and create demonstrations for potential customers.
β’ Create business intelligence analyses and dashboards for engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Utilize large-scale data to foster product innovation and drive business value.
β’ Offer analytical support for e-commerce initiatives by identifying and concentrating on relevant features and metrics.
β’ Develop and sustain communication tools to report on business performance and support cross-functional decision-making.
β’ Proficiency in business intelligence tools for data analysis and dashboard creation.
β’ Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical terms and vice versa.
β’ Capability to harness extensive data to promote product innovation and business value.
β’ Proficiency in SQL.
β’ Experience in exploratory data analysis using Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools.
β’ Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Presto/Athena, and Hive is advantageous.
β’ Skilled in rapid prototyping and providing analytical support for e-commerce projects.
β’ Willingness to develop and uphold communication tools for reporting business performance and facilitating cross-functional decisions.
β’ Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus.
β’ Ability to articulate viewpoints clearly and rationally while considering others' perspectives.
β’ Familiarity with Spark SQL, Python notebooks, Databricks, Redash/Metabase, and PySpark.
