This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assess analytical work products for precision, thoroughness, and professional standards.
• Analyze quantitative results, computations, assumptions, and interpretations.
• Evaluate whether conclusions are sufficiently backed by the underlying data.
• Detect analytical inaccuracies, unsubstantiated claims, and discrepancies.
• Examine quantitative outputs, analytical summaries, and performance reports.
• Analyze metrics, trends, comparisons, and performance indicators.
• Scrutinize spreadsheets, formulas, calculations, assumptions, tables, and quantitative outputs.
• Evaluate interpretations, recommendations, visualizations, charts, tables, dashboards, reports, documents, and slide presentations.
• Identify numerical, factual, analytical, formatting, aesthetic, logical, and consistency issues.
• Measure assigned outputs against domain-specific quality standards.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback detailing identified strengths and weaknesses.
• Consistently apply evaluation standards across various analytical work products.
• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience in data analysis, quantitative analysis, business intelligence, analytics consulting, or a closely related field.
• Experience as a Data Analyst, Quantitative Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or in a comparable analytical role.
• Strong practical knowledge of data analysis and quantitative reporting.
• Experience in developing or reviewing analytical reports, quantitative readouts, spreadsheets, dashboards, or presentation materials.
• Exceptional ability to assess calculations, assumptions, metrics, and data-driven conclusions.
• Outstanding quantitative judgment and attention to analytical detail.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical capabilities.
• Native or professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, structured feedback.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
• A Master's degree or higher from a recognized institution is preferable.
• Part-time independent contractor arrangement.
• Fully remote work environment.
