This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Create a unified overview of payments for the company

• Analyze the conversion rates of payment methods across markets and the payment mix

• Assess risks when launching locales without purchase history

• Forecast risks in new locales lacking a baseline

• Develop reconciliation logic, alert thresholds, and prioritization criteria

• Monitor and systematically reduce risk metrics, primarily VAMP

• Analyze refund rates, revenue shares, and taxes, identify causes of deviations, and minimize losses

• Establish payment zone alerting

• Prepare revenue reporting and forecasting in Tableau

• Collaborate with Payment Managers and four analysts within the team

• Interact with the direct manager — Team Lead Marketing Analytics

• Over 2 years of experience in analytics

• Understanding of payment economics: conversion rates, refund rates, revenue shares, and risk metrics

• Proficient in SQL, including complex queries, optimization, and handling large tables

• Experience with Python and pandas for analysis, data processing, and automation

• Knowledge of statistical methods

• Experience with BI tools and dashboard creation

• Ability to independently identify discrepancies and prioritize tasks
