Data Analyst IV, SQL, Power BI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver advanced analytical support for business operations.

• Manage complex data projects and serve as a lead for other Data Analysts.

• Extract, load, model, and reconcile substantial amounts of data across various system platforms and sources.

• Analyze data to assess operational impacts and necessary actions.

• Bring issues, trends, areas for enhancement, and opportunities to the attention of management.

• Create reports and deliverables while providing recommendations to management.

• Model data utilizing MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other analytical tools within data warehouses.

• Support management in making data-driven business decisions.

• Ensure adherence to federal and state reporting requirements through data quality audits and assessments.

• Aid in training and mentoring fellow Data Analysts.

• Assist in assessing workload and related tasks for other Data Analysts.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Comply with all organizational policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis.

• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing projects or significant involvement in project implementation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other analytical tools in data warehouses.

• Familiarity with claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, or external reporting is advantageous.

• Capability to conduct data quality audits and analyses for federal and state reporting requirements.
