This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct data analysis that showcases Rightway’s influence on clients and strategic partners in care navigation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of analytics while providing insights driven by data.
• Design tailored analytic strategies within a care navigation context.
• Create and present detailed analytical requirements, including quarterly performance assessments and on-demand client inquiries.
• Establish standards and apply coding and technical best practices within the analytics framework.
• Generate operational analytics utilizing eligibility, medical claims, and member interaction data to reveal trends, inefficiencies, and potential opportunities.
• Synthesize and combine data from NIC, claims, Typeform, and Salesforce into cohesive reporting datasets.
• Assist with data engineering efforts, which include DAG development, automated file ingestion, and oversight of report delivery controls.
• Employ business intelligence and data visualization tools for storytelling with data and assessment of clinical management programs.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver actionable insights and build scalable data processes.
• Provide both ad hoc and strategic analysis regarding care management and population health program effectiveness.
• Engage in analytic frameworks and methodologies associated with strategic projects.
• Recognize and evaluate AI opportunities, comprehend technical challenges, and propose strategies for operationalization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases and their structures.
• Familiarity with scripting programming languages, particularly Python.
• Documented experience with version control systems.
• Knowledge of SQL/Python-based data transformation and documentation tools such as DBT.
• Strong business intelligence capabilities with experience in Tableau, Metabase, or similar visualization platforms.
• Experience with data and analytics services on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• In-depth understanding of medical claims data, including the ability to review claims for accuracy to identify trends, gaps, and potential improvements in care navigation.
• 5-8 years of experience in quantitative analytics and advanced analytic modeling for extensive datasets in the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements from clients or business stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate analysis to business partners and clients effectively, both in written and verbal formats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices.
• Experience in creating memos and presentations to convey data and insights to stakeholders and the executive team.
• Demonstrated capacity to establish standards and provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Knowledge of healthcare data regulations (HIPAA) and best practices.
• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Understanding of machine learning and data science concepts.
• Familiarity with the PBM industry and pharmacy claims is an advantage.
