This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to establish and execute tracking plans.
• Assist in designing robust data schemas and govern product events generated at the source.
• Ensure the collection of high-quality data through Customer Data Platforms.
• Analyze user behavior and customer journeys leveraging product analytics platforms and SQL.
• Identify key insights, assess onboarding funnels, and map customer journeys.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor product performance, feature success, and customer health metrics.
• Create, refine, and uphold efficient, clean, and reliable data models.
• Support internal product decisions and provide analytics experiences for Sinch customers.
• Partner strategically with leadership in Product and Engineering.
• Synthesize insights across products and link platform usage data to strategic business outcomes.
• Train stakeholders to autonomously utilize self-service analytics platforms.
• Promote data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.
• Proven experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or a comparable role, demonstrating a history of resolving business or product challenges through data.
• Strong expertise in SQL for analyzing extensive structured datasets and constructing data models.
• Familiarity with Looker or similar analytics tools.
• Experience in mapping and analyzing the customer journey, including conversion funnels, retention, cohort analysis, and user behavior.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Understanding of event-driven tracking, product events architecture, and data schemas.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms like RudderStack or Segment.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Experience in building and maintaining data models using dbt and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Experience working in a global organization with colleagues and partners across various time zones.
• Experience in Telecom, CPaaS, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
