Data Analyst II – Analytics Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver actionable insights through comprehensive data analysis.

• Manage dashboards and reports that monitor essential performance indicators.

• Create, enhance, and sustain data models that aid stakeholder decision-making.

• Collaborate with Data Delivery, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to incorporate analytics into business workflows.

• Evaluate internal resources, documentation, data sources, and reporting to enhance data quality and precision.

• Assist and train stakeholders to foster a robust data culture and promote data-driven decision-making.

• Lead and support analytics projects by leveraging knowledge of tech/telecom data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or other comparable data visualization platforms.

• Experience with SQL or similar capabilities in analyzing extensive structured and unstructured datasets.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, or finance.

• Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders to address business challenges through data and analytics.

• Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Experience in a global, multi-timezone environment is highly advantageous.

• Background in the telecom or technology industry is a significant plus.
