This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and shape an analytics strategy along with scalable analytical frameworks and tools.
• Assess performance across various online channels.
• Improve the contemporary marketing technology infrastructure.
• Analyze and optimize marketing investments based on ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
• Act as a reliable advisor on marketing data across advertising platforms, Singular MMP, and third-party sources.
• Create and enhance Looker analytics reporting and associated processes.
• Define analytical queries and establish relevant KPIs and metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify the best data visualization techniques for effective decision-making.
• Minimize technical debt, introduce new parameters, and update LookML as needed.
• Work alongside Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams on data mart and model requirements.
• Spot opportunities for automation and process enhancements in Business Intelligence.
• Evaluate marketing experiments, ad platform tests, CRM campaigns, and global program holdouts.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to convert business needs into data challenges and prioritize tasks.
• Discover insights and recommendations, partnering with growth stakeholders to execute solutions.
• Analyze keyword cohorts, evaluate the effectiveness of composite marketing campaigns, and assess ad fatigue.
• Keep track of marketing trends and pinpoint opportunities for media buyers.
• Over 4 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, or similar roles involving modern marketing technology (e.g., MMPs, Social/Digital platforms, SKAN) and digital marketing optimization.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience using BI Tools (Looker preferred; Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, Omni, Databricks are also acceptable).
• Strong background in SQL, with the ability to quickly conduct analyses or create proof of concept data models.
• Experience in designing and measuring product, CRM, or marketing experiments.
• Comfortable employing standard marketing metrics such as LTV/NPV, CAC, Cost per Action, Retention metrics, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the capability to influence stakeholders and business decisions.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the limitations of marketing measurement and attribution.
• Bonus: Experience with BigQuery, Singular, Looker, dbt, Amplitude, DeepNote, git.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Agile processes and Sprint cycles.
