Data Analyst – Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute data engineering, data modeling, and model deployment with general oversight

• Evaluate large-scale, complex business data—including time-series, structured, and unstructured data—from diverse data sources to extract insights

• Utilize open-source Machine Learning and Deep Learning libraries to uncover data patterns and create predictive models

• Perform statistical analyses to identify trends and significant relationships within the data

• Stay informed about advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

• Collaborate with data engineers to design and develop data pipelines for reproducible analysis

• Use Microsoft Azure and Apache Spark technologies

• Present findings through graphs, charts, tables, and various data visualizations

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in predictive modeling, data science, and analysis

• Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries, such as Keras, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn

• Understanding of cloud computing platforms, including Azure

• Experience managing terabyte-scale datasets

• Proficiency with data visualization tools

• Competence in programming languages such as Python, R, and Scala

• Experience with distributed computing technologies like Spark

• Completion of a bachelor's degree in a STEM field

• Proven ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and contribute to complex engineering projects

• A master's degree in a STEM discipline is preferred
