Data Analyst, Clinical Analytics and Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports concerning clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation on a regular schedule.

• Employ SQL and Tableau to manage data in preparation for analysis and/or reporting purposes.

• Deliver clinical insights and data trends to support and guide projects and initiatives across the organization.

• Present data findings and collaborate closely with senior-level operators and team members in the clinics.

• Summarize results in an accessible manner to inform recommendations and next steps for leadership.

• Create cohesive presentations based on findings, highlighting insights derived from analysis.

• Serve as a collaborative partner during strategy meetings.

• Become a subject matter expert and thought partner in clinical and methodological domains.

• Primarily assist the Pharmaceutical Operations (PharmaOps) team.

• Collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to generate analytical insights that support clinical initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; degrees in quantitative fields such as biostatistics, statistics, informatics, computer science, or mathematics are highly recommended.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to learn and gain proficiency in general programming skills such as SQL, Python, R, etc., as required.

• Experience in data visualization using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Anaplan, PowerBI, and proficiency in PowerPoint is essential.

• Strong critical thinking skills, a solid work ethic, a creative mindset, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, design-oriented thinking, adaptability to change, comfort with ambiguity, efficient time management, technical skills, and business acumen are required.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
