Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Gather data, prepare and circulate reports, and evaluate outcomes.

• Maintain data accuracy and develop reports to ensure data integrity.

• Assist in the proper setup of client accounts and maintenance parameter forms.

• Provide support to both internal and external users, including report generation, installation, and screen assistance.

• Create exception reports that highlight fields with inaccurate data.

• Produce customized reports for both internal teams and external clients.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Contribute to the organization's quality initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience is required.

• At least two (2) years of experience in query and report writing is highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in query and report writing.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including adeptness in presentations.

• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.

• Excellent organizational capabilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Capability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and meet deadlines effectively.

• Proficient in computer keyboarding.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
