This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluate client performance in relation to contractual goals, KPIs, and operational benchmarks utilizing the Anna™ platform.
• Develop and uphold reporting views for Client Success leaders and account managers.
• Highlight key indicators of client risk or potential opportunities.
• Assist in QBRs, executive reviews, and internal client success strategy with actionable analytics.
• Analyze factors influencing changes in utilization, workflow, provider network dynamics, seasonality, and product usage trends.
• Employ cohort analysis, comparative benchmarking, and statistical techniques to understand the reasons behind observed trends.
• Convert findings into visual representations, memos, and brief reports.
• Offer insights regarding provider network coverage, capacity, and integration health in post-acute care.
• Detect market gaps, priorities for network expansion, integration friction patterns, facility outliers, workflow inefficiencies, and data quality challenges.
• Organize, join, validate, and interpret extensive datasets from the Anna platform, claims, EHR/EMR extracts, and client-supplied files.
• Create reusable queries, models, dashboards, and notebooks.
• Collaborate with the VP, Analytics on analytical standards, methodologies, documentation, and reusable frameworks.
• 3–5 years of practical data analyst experience with demonstrated expertise in managing large and diverse datasets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance optimization techniques.
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis, including tools like Pandas, Jupyter notebooks, and fundamental statistical methods.
• Experience in data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of analytical principles: cohort analysis, benchmarking, distributions, and basic statistical inference.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Ability to transform operational inquiries into analytical challenges and translate analytical outputs into clear narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
• Preferred: experience with healthcare data, claims, EHR/EMR data, HL7/FHIR standards, and utilization and case management data.
• Preferred: knowledge of post-acute care, managed care, Medicare Advantage, or value-based care.
• Preferred: experience working within an operational or client-facing team.
• Preferred: familiarity with clinical outcome concepts such as readmissions, length of stay, emergency department utilization, and total cost of care.
