This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of documentation, reporting, and root-cause analysis for prediction issues from start to finish.
• Examine both ingested and system-generated data for inconsistencies and gaps, utilizing various data sources to address these gaps.
• Identify patterns behind issues, recommend modifications to the QA process flow and/or automation, and manage execution.
• Streamline performance and accuracy reviews, generate reports, and create data visualizations through the use of Python and SQL.
• Assist Engineering and Data Science teams with system-level data corrections and enhancements to data and features.
• Provide support to Customer Operations and Marketing by delivering insights on performance, accuracy, and real-time events.
• Oversee internal and customer dashboards that track prediction accuracy, timeliness, coverage, and explainability.
• Report directly to the Analytics Manager and collaborate with teams across Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Commercial sectors.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst position, ideally within a product-oriented, lean startup environment.
• Outstanding skills in Python and SQL, capable of producing reusable and highly scalable code.
• Proficient in identifying system anomalies and translating complex data into clear visual representations.
• Strong first-principles thinking, including the ability to articulate constraints, alternatives, trade-offs, and decisions.
• A curious mindset with the ability to explore root causes beyond the initially defined instructions.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Copilot for quality assurance, automation, and data analysis.
• Demonstrated empathy and urgency in addressing customer needs and ensuring timely delivery.
• Capacity to convey nuanced ideas clearly in remote brainstorming sessions and written communication.
• Experience collaborating within diverse, dynamic, cross-cultural teams with a focus on ownership, efficiency, and a data-driven approach.
• A basic understanding of machine learning algorithms is a plus.
