This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and sustain engaging dashboards, reports, and scorecards utilizing Power BI.
• Oversee Fabric data pipelines and datasets while enhancing semantic models.
• Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive analytics to aid organizational planning and decision-making.
• Manage reporting systems that incorporate both legacy and contemporary data sources.
• Detect inaccurate or inconsistent data and collaborate with departments to cleanse data and address root causes.
• Leverage SQL, Power BI, and Fabric analytics tools to uncover insights, opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
• Develop and maintain machine learning and predictive models utilizing Microsoft Fabric Data Science tools, Spark, and/or Python.
• Monitor and respond to automated alerts, monitoring, and reporting solutions with Microsoft Fabric.
• Work together with stakeholders to outline reporting requirements, KPIs, and analytical needs.
• Create report wireframes, mockups, and prototypes prior to dashboard development.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and departmental teams.
• Support data governance, ensure data quality, maintain security, and promote reporting best practices.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Proven ability to showcase Power BI data visualization capabilities with previous examples of dashboards, reports, or analytics.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake and Data Warehouse.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with querying large datasets.
• Familiarity with Python, Spark, or other data science and analytics tools.
• Understanding of dimensional modeling, forecasting, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, particularly in presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, uphold data accuracy, and collaborate effectively.
• Preferred certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Certified Analytics Professional, or equivalent.
• Preferred experience with KQL.
• Must have a personal conversion experience with Jesus Christ and be scripturally baptized.
• Dedication to ministry through vocation.

• Personal devotional practices such as Bible study, prayer, and daily meditation.
• Active membership and regular attendance at a New Testament, evangelical church within the local community.
