Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and implement both automated and ad-hoc solutions for reporting and analytical requirements.

• Collaborate across departments to provide support to the Inventory Team, Account Managers, Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

• Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets utilizing advanced formulas and functions.

• Enhance and maintain the Python codebase for reporting, automation, and data workflows.

• Oversee and manage Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau.

• Identify and resolve reporting errors and data inconsistencies within the client-facing DOMO Dashboard.

• Automate tailored stakeholder reports utilizing Python.

• Generate additional reports and analyses on an ad-hoc basis.

• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for data processes, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum of 2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, data operations, or a related analytical position.

• Highly proficient in Excel, including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, nested/complex formulas, and data reconciliation techniques.

• Strong expertise in Python, with significant experience using pandas for data cleaning, manipulation, transformation, and analysis.

• Extensive working knowledge of Tableau, including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, calculated fields, and parameters.

• Familiar with DOMO, including Magic ETL, Beast Mode, Dataflows, Views, calculated fields, and more.

• Knowledgeable in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows.

• Experience working within Jira or a similar ticketing/project management platform.

• Available to provide regular support during Eastern Time business hours.

• Must possess unrestricted work authorization to be employed in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
