This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Transform data from the central warehouse into actionable insights that inform commercial and product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure successful technical delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and promote adoption.
• Assume permanent internal ownership of the Data Project and guide its long-term growth.
• Advocate for best practices in data usage and raise awareness of quality across the organization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to revenue, consent volumes, cross-product usage, cohorts, and conversions.
• Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to managers and C-level executives.
• Define source-integration and CRM-enrichment requirements.
• Ensure that data accurately reflects the actual product and billing status.
• Act as a liaison between Data Engineering and business stakeholders across Finance, Product, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships.
• Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with data analysis.
• Comfortable working directly within a data warehouse environment.
• Proficient in using a BI/dashboarding tool such as Google Looker Studio/Data Studio or a comparable tool.
• Capable of creating clear, decision-oriented visualizations.
• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to convert business inquiries into data tasks and translate findings into business insights.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining data transformation pipelines using dbt or similar tools like Dataform.
• Familiarity with commercial/SaaS data domains, including subscriptions, invoicing, MRR/ARR, churn, and retention.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to and influence senior, non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level.
• Knowledge of Stripe, E-conomic, HubSpot, as well as CMP product data, warehouse, and pipeline tools.
• Understanding of data modeling and warehouse design principles.
• Experience working at the intersection of engineering and commercial teams in a scale-up environment.
• Awareness of partner/channel attribution and multi-entity billing.
