Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Input and analyze data pertaining to building structures and systems.

• Address client inquiries regarding data updates, support, and configuration modifications.

• Offer client assistance through the support line and service request database.

• Conduct annual check-ins with clients as necessary.

• Carry out phone interviews with clients to collect information on capital assets and enter data into AssetPlanner® software.

• Execute quality assurance reviews of building condition assessment data.

• Review and enter existing client data and documentation.

• Aid in the development of client-facing reports and presentations.

• Support software implementation, which includes database configuration, client onboarding, and training sessions.

• Engage in software testing, propose enhancements, and report bugs.

• Provide assistance for the Energy and Maintenance modules as required.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience working with data in an analytical capacity.

• Background in client or customer service roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

• Capability to swiftly learn and adapt to new software tools.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Professional, courteous, and client-oriented attitude.

• Engineering degree or certification is a plus.

• Experience in facilities management, building science, or engineering is advantageous.

• Familiarity with asset management software is beneficial.
