This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of reporting, analytics, AI, and automation projects.
• Create and enhance dashboards while optimizing reporting systems.
• Organize business data and establish cloud-based workflows.
• Facilitate AI-driven operational enhancements across various departments.
• Conduct analysis on operational, recruiting, sales, and financial data.
• Ensure the accuracy of reporting across different business units.
• Design scalable reporting systems and data models.
• Suggest process improvements aimed at minimizing manual tasks.
• Document reporting procedures and technical workflows.
• Work in collaboration with leadership on new reporting initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Proficient in SQL is essential.
• Strong skills in Python are required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets is a must.
• Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or other similar BI platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data workflows and API integrations.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other comparable LLM platforms.
• Understanding of automation principles and workflow design.
• Proven experience in supporting business operations through data analysis.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field is preferred.
