This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions tailored to meet client needs in healthcare, public health, and justice sectors.
β’ Construct, test, and enhance predictive models, natural language processing solutions, and generative AI applications under the guidance of senior technical staff.
β’ Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and functional applications utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies.
β’ Utilize large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic AI concepts, and machine learning techniques to tackle business and program challenges.
β’ Contribute to data pipelines, model evaluation strategies, and analytical workflows that support dependable and scalable government-data solutions.
β’ Adhere to and promote responsible AI practices, encompassing model testing, validation, documentation, governance, and risk management.
β’ Work with project teams and clients to pinpoint AI and advanced analytics opportunities.
β’ Convert business requirements into technical alternatives, analytical methodologies, and solution designs.
β’ Engage in solution sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and exploratory activities.
β’ Convey technical concepts and analytical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Aid in the implementation, testing, user feedback, and adoption of AI-enabled tools and solutions.
β’ Employ data science and AI methodologies to address challenges in health, public health, healthcare, and global health.
β’ Examine structured and unstructured data to derive insights and enhance organizational performance.
β’ Facilitate AI-enabled approaches for epidemiological analytics, program monitoring and evaluation, healthcare operations, knowledge management, research synthesis, workflow automation, and decision support.
β’ Assist in proposal development and capture initiatives by providing technical concepts, solution input, and innovative ideas.
β’ Contribute to demonstrations, prototypes, white papers, concept notes, technical presentations, and thought leadership materials.
β’ Monitor emerging AI technologies and aid in the creation of reusable AI assets, accelerators, templates, and solution frameworks.
β’ Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
β’ Share expertise and collaborate across health, research, engineering, software development, and business development fields.
β’ Bachelor's Degree plus five years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree plus three years of relevant experience.
β’ Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, or a related quantitative field.
β’ Practical experience in developing, testing, or enhancing machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics solutions in professional or project-based settings.
β’ Proficient in programming with Python and utilizing common data science libraries and frameworks.
β’ Experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting structured and unstructured data sources.
β’ Ability to articulate analytical methods, findings, and technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
β’ Experience collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
β’ Working knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI agents.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
β’ Understanding of MLOps, model evaluation, model deployment concepts, and software engineering best practices.
β’ Experience or demonstrated interest in applying analytics, AI, or data science to healthcare, public health, global health, or health research initiatives.
β’ Experience providing technical contributions, prototypes, or solution ideas for proposals, capture efforts, or new business opportunities.
β’ Familiarity with health data standards, healthcare analytics, digital health ecosystems, or related health data environments.
β’ Experience developing or supporting client-facing dashboards, analytical products, decision-support tools, or similar data products.
