📋 Description

• Provide live virtual instruction on Salesforce Data 360.

• Develop and deliver curriculum, training materials, practical exercises, and projects.

• Simplify complex technical ideas into accessible content for learners.

• Evaluate learner progress and adjust instruction to accommodate different skill levels.

• Offer personalized support, coaching, and constructive feedback to learners.

• Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging educational atmosphere.

• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates to enhance course content continuously.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure training aligns with organizational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.

• Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification is necessary.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Data 360 is essential.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling and data ingestion is required.

• Proficient understanding of identity resolution is necessary.

• Solid grasp of segmentation and activation techniques is essential.

• Familiarity with data governance and foundational privacy concepts is required.

• Proficient in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries without AI assistance.

• Experience with other Salesforce products, like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is desirable.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must.

• A passion for teaching and empowering others to achieve success is required.

• Capability to distill complex subjects while maintaining accuracy is essential.

• Flexibility in teaching methods to address diverse learning preferences is necessary.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities are required.

• Previous experience in teaching, training, or coaching is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with adult learners, career changers, or early-career professionals is preferred.

• A background in instructional design or curriculum development is a plus.
