Danish-Speaking Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist Danish-speaking clients via phone, chat, and email.

• Respond to inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, bookings, and payments.

• Diagnose issues related to products, devices, applications, and connected services.

• Manage refunds and claims, ensuring each case is followed through to resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or C1 proficiency in Danish.

• Proficient in English at B2 level or above.

• A quiet workspace along with a reliable internet connection.

• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.

• Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor.

• Located in Greece or willing to relocate there.
