Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries.

• Guarantee a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey.

• Assist customers of a prominent European online fashion and beauty retailer.

• Collaborate with an international customer support team located in Chania, Crete.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Danish.

• EU citizenship or possession of a valid work and residence permit.

• At least 12 years of formal education.

• Experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is advantageous.

• Willingness to work on bank holidays.
