This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the North America Agriculture Dairy Program.
• Organize and implement both internal and external projects.
• Collaborate with various internal TNC teams such as Finance, Legal, and State Business Units.
• Lead project team meetings and monitor follow-up actions.
• Oversee logistics for special events and gatherings.
• Update and manage internal databases.
• Handle producer agreements and oversee incentive payments for the Feed in Focus program.
• Ensure that participating farmers receive prompt and accurate payments in accordance with program guidelines and funder requirements.
• Organize and maintain program metric data, sharing it with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare for and facilitate meetings, craft agendas, document notes, and track action items.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement, workflow improvement, problem-solving, user experience enhancement, and overall effectiveness.
• Offer guidance on administrative requirements and liaise with staff, vendors, and business partners.
• Manage project timelines, deadlines, accountability, purchasing, invoices, transfers, vendor negotiations, contracting, and budget preparation.
• Contribute ideas for new initiatives and enhancements to existing programs.
• Coordinate with staff and partners across the United States, including the possibility of long or flexible hours.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in managing contracting and payment processes.
• Skilled in generating reports, as well as analyzing and interpreting data.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing multiple projects.
• Background in business process analysis and/or improvement.
• Familiarity with current technologies relevant to the field.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work from a home office within the continental United States.
