da Vinci Territory Associate – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge of the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.

• Undergo training to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci® Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Enhance regional support by optimizing the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support and guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams regarding the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Lead technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clientele.

• Contribute to quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, operating room selling initiatives, and customer support training.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Oversee the reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online modules using the necessary company software.

• After sufficient training, serve as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, ensuring proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proficiency in both English and German is mandatory.

• A strong ambition and work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• A degree in sales is advantageous.
