This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge of the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.
• Undergo training to become an expert in da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales across various primary surgical specialties.
• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Optimize the usage of existing da Vinci® Surgical Systems.
• Assist surgical teams during procedures by offering guidance, insights, and training.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for OR personnel, surgeons, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to quarterly sales objectives through product demonstrations, OR selling activities, and customer support training.
• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development initiatives.
• Foster system awareness and procedure adoption through demonstrations, in-services, and selling activities.
• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity results, expense reports, and assigned ISU online modules using the necessary company software.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany following appropriate training, offering guidance on the proper use of Intuitive medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of pertinent professional experience.
• Proficient in both English and German.
• Strong ambition and a solid work ethic.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• A degree in sales is advantageous.
• After appropriate training, serve as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany as mandated by law.
• Remote work flexibility; employees primarily work remotely and are required to be onsite when requested by their leader.
