This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge of the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.
• Undergo training to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.
• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Enhance regional performance by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.
• Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams regarding the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to quarterly sales objectives through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room sales activities, and customer support training.
• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.
• Foster system awareness and encourage procedure adoption through demonstrations, in-services, and selling initiatives.
• Manage the reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, expense reports, and assigned online modules using company-mandated software systems.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany post-training, offering guidance and support on the proper use of Intuitive medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of pertinent professional experience.
• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
• Strong ambition and work ethic.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Must complete the necessary training to operate as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, in accordance with legal requirements.
• Remote work; employees will come onsite as requested by their leader.
