D365 FO ERP Data Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives by aligning ERP functionalities with strategic goals.

• Configure and customize D365 F&O and CE modules, including the establishment and configuration of legal entities in accordance with best practices and specifications from acquisition companies.

• Work collaboratively with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders to outline business requirements for new entities, including legal structures, regulatory compliance requirements, and intercompany relationships.

• Design, execute, and oversee testing strategies for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, with a strong emphasis on test automation.

• Develop automated testing frameworks for regression, end-to-end, and integration testing.

• Conduct quality assurance on critical deliverables, such as test plans, ensuring that projects remain on schedule.

• Lead functional testing initiatives and oversee the deployment process.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm system changes and requirements.

• Collaborate with internal data migration teams to conduct technical and business testing of data conversion and data loads.

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that address issues and fill process gaps.

• Propel business process automation and efficiency through ERP technologies and new features.

• Investigate and rectify system errors, data inconsistencies, and issues reported by users.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Applications.

• Support a multi-year, large-scale global Microsoft Dynamics ERP integration strategy and integrate newly acquired companies into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a combination of education and relevant work experience is also acceptable.

• Over 7 years of ERP experience supporting various modules, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with test automation tools such as RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool), Leapwork, Selenium, or other test automation frameworks.

• Demonstrated expertise in supporting finance modules within ERP systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Project Management & Accounting modules.

• Strong analytical curiosity and innovative problem-solving abilities.

• Proven capability to work independently as well as within a dynamic, multi-functional team environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness.

• Proficient with data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

• Must have valid work authorization in the country where the job is located.

• Experience in the accounting or financial sector is advantageous.

• A background in project-based accounting solutions is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with HSO AEC360, SKSoft Treasury Automation Suite (TAS), and Docentric ISV products is preferred but not required.
