D365 CRM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform

• Independently implementing features with guidance from the Tech Lead and senior team members

• Creating plugins, custom workflow activities, and Power Automate flows in accordance with Microsoft best practices

• Enhancing the user interface utilizing JavaScript (Xrm.WebApi)

• Developing custom PCF controls when standard functionalities are inadequate

• Engaging with solution layering and the ALM pipeline within Azure DevOps

• Implementing branching strategies, managing pull requests, and automating deployments

• Delivering features autonomously from requirement clarification with BAs through estimation and implementation to testing support

• Taking part in weekly code reviews and providing insights to enhance engineering practices

• Creating integrations with external systems (REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus)

• Seamlessly integrating external systems with the platform

• Collaborating closely with the Tech Lead, Lead Consultant, customizers, BAs, and QA

• Contributing to the evolution of digital education at WBS GRUPPE

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse / Power Platform

• In-depth knowledge of C# / .NET for developing plugins and workflows

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript with experience using the Xrm.WebApi

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate flows and an understanding of their limitations

• Initial experience in implementing integrations with external systems (REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus)

• Familiarity with the Azure Portal in the context of D365

• Experience with app registrations and service principals (Microsoft Entra ID)

• Knowledge of secrets management utilizing Azure Key Vault

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Application Insights

• Comprehensive understanding of solution layering, managed vs. unmanaged solutions, publisher prefixes, and ALM

• Proficient communication skills in German and English (minimum C1+)

• Experience with PCF controls (preferred)

• Microsoft certification PL-400 or equivalent (preferred)

• Familiarity with FakeXrmEasy or other testing frameworks for the Power Platform (preferred)
