Cybersecurity Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct offensive security measures including regular internal penetration tests, red team exercises, and attack simulations.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to perform threat modeling.

• Manage and enhance our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.

• Develop detection rules and security alerts.

• Ensure comprehensive log coverage in critical areas.

• Execute monitoring and triage processes, and engage in continuous tuning and threat hunting.

• Define and advance Finaya's Cybersecurity strategy.

• Integrate security considerations into the product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Cybersecurity.

• Background in technology companies, fintechs, banks, or payment providers.

• Practical experience with SIEM operations.

• Familiarity with Security Operations Center (SOC) operations.

• Proficient in penetration testing for applications and APIs.

• Understanding of Cloud Security principles.

• Experience working with Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of applied cryptography.

• Skills in vulnerability management and Identity Access Management (IAM).

• Commitment to Security by Design principles.

• Experience in DevSecOps practices.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
