Cybersecurity IGA Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in executing access certification campaigns utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

• Set up and initiate certification campaigns according to established procedures and guidelines.

• Oversee the progress of campaigns and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Support managers, application owners, and reviewers with queries related to certifications.

• Monitor completion metrics for campaigns and identify any overdue certifications.

• Create certification reports and maintain necessary audit documentation.

• Report issues, exceptions, and access review concerns to the appropriate teams.

• Confirm user and application data accuracy before launching campaigns.

• Record operational procedures and insights gained from experiences.

• Work in collaboration with Identity Management, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to meet certification deadlines.

• Assist with periodic audits and compliance efforts related to access reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience.

• An Associate's degree is required.

• Capability to adhere to documented processes and procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.

• Basic familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.

• Foundational understanding of Information Security principles.

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Active Directory, or similar technologies is preferred.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

• Candidates must secure approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to commencement.

• Relevant certifications in Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, or Identity Governance are advantageous.
