Cybersecurity Architect – IAM, Zero Trust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the global IAM and Zero Trust framework, standards, and strategic roadmap.

• Create and deploy access solutions such as SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and privileged access management.

• Champion the integration of Zero Trust principles, emphasizing continuous verification, least-privilege access, and identity-based security measures.

• Lead identity governance programs focusing on user lifecycle management, access certifications, role management, and automated provisioning.

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, business units, technical teams, and global stakeholders.

• Integrate identity-first security across cloud platforms, applications, and infrastructure.

• Evaluate access-related risks and devise mitigation strategies.

• Offer technical leadership and insights on IAM, Zero Trust, and best practices in identity security.

• Assist with mergers and acquisitions and integration projects from an IAM standpoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive cybersecurity experience with a focus on IAM, Zero Trust, or security architecture.

• Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and identity governance solutions.

• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.

• Experience securing cloud environments, particularly in Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management and contemporary identity security concepts.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities in a global context.

• CISSP, SC-300, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
