CXG Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of proactive monitoring and maintenance of data quality across CXG systems.

• Assess and reconcile customer and account data from various sources.

• Conduct data manipulation and analysis, including VLOOKUPs, reconciliation, duplicate account detection, research, and clean-up.

• Ensure accuracy in customer journey stages, account statuses, CSM ownership, and other essential CXG data elements.

• Execute regular data-quality checks and proactively spot inconsistencies across systems.

• Assist in updating reports and dashboards.

• Oversee the hiring process of cancelled employees and inform Finance when associated deposit invoices require cancellation.

• Collaborate with RevOps and CXG teams to pinpoint recurring data-quality challenges and enhance underlying processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Data Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Customer Success, or a similar operational role.

• Proficiency in administering CRM or CXG platforms.

• Familiarity with sales technology tools and revenue systems.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams.

• Experience in a SaaS business (preferred).

• Background in supporting EOR, PEO, HR Tech, or contractor management platforms (preferred).

• Experience with HubSpot, DevRev, and BI tools (preferred).

• Knowledge in data management, data clean-up, and deduplication (preferred).
