Customer Trainer – Inkjet, Eng/Span

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide training for regional accounts on the advantages and features of production hardware and software, as well as the underlying technology.

• Ensure the demo room is fully functional.

• Take ownership of training programs and their outcomes.

• Identify instructional methods suitable for training sessions.

• Assess customer trainees to evaluate their learning progress.

• Develop, guide, plan, and assess training activities.

• Act as a subject matter expert.

• Collaborate with the training team on the development of curriculum.

• Conduct assessments to identify training needs.

• Analyze customer training requirements and establish criteria for new program development.

• Provide support to accounts in Latin America.

• Work autonomously, seeking assistance only in new or exceptional situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Experience in pre-sales/post-sales support in both office and production environments.

• Proficient knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft and Apple operating systems and print driver configuration.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Canon USA's software suite, including eCopy, Therefore, and uniFLOW.

• Strong understanding of networking principles and concepts.

• Bilingual with fluency in Spanish.

• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 60%, including overnight stays.

• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required.

• Certain minimum auto insurance coverages must be maintained.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must reside in the United States at the time of hiring.

• CMP certification is preferred.
