Customer Support Specialist, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Submit a complete customer-support chat or email exchange, encompassing both parties, from beginning to end.

• Respond to a question regarding the outcome of the conversation.

• Provide 1 to 2 conversations with each submission.

• Adhere to the task instructions and on-screen guidelines within the Kled app.

• All submissions are evaluated, and accepted entries are licensed to AI labs.

⛳️ Requirements

• An iPhone operating on iOS 18.6 or a later version.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Original writing must be typed directly in the app.

• Locate and submit a full customer-support chat or email thread, capturing both sides from start to finish.

• Provide an answer to the question about how the conversation concluded.

• Agree to a commercial training license for each upload.
