This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Castilian Spanish.

• At least B1 level of English proficiency.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong orientation towards customer service and problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable with computers, digital platforms, and online services.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems and articulate solutions clearly.

• Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.

• Prior experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or a comparable role is advantageous.

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to mainland Portugal.
