Customer Support Representative – Phone Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming interactions for prominent brands

• Support customers with inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product assistance

• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service

• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency

• Complete client-specific evaluations, background checks, and certification courses prior to commencing service

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the United States

• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)

• Ability to adhere to detailed processes and achieve performance standards

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based tools

• Capable of working independently and maintaining accountability to schedules

• Previous experience in call centers or customer service is preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory

• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support settings

• Completion of a multi-step onboarding process, which includes client-specific evaluations, a basic background check, and a certification course before service delivery begins
