Customer Support Consultant, Fluent French & English C1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver Level 1 customer support via chat, email, and phone calls.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and provide guidance on "how-to" requests.

• Address questions concerning payouts and transaction statuses.

• Offer assistance with subscription-related inquiries.

• Recognize and escalate recurring or more intricate technical issues to the appropriate team.

• Utilize the knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve common customer problems.

• SupportYourApp provides secure customer and technical support as a global Support-as-a-Service provider for technology firms and industry leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both French and English (minimum C1 level for spoken and written communication).

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer and technical support position is essential.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Experience managing customer inquiries in a ticket-based support environment across various channels, including email, phone, and chat.

• Ability to learn and adhere to specific procedures accurately.

• Strong analytical and research capabilities.

• A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor.

• Personal computer with at least 16GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 45 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload).
