📋 Description

• Deliver customer assistance in the role of a Customer Support Agent

• Operate remotely for Local Hosting UK

• Join daily stand-up meetings via Slack

• Engage in meetings with team members, clients, and management with the camera turned on

• Commit to 10 hours per week during UK business hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability during UK business hours

• Participation in mandatory daily stand-up meetings (lasting approximately 20–30 minutes via Slack)

• Ensure the camera is switched ON during all meetings with colleagues, clients, and management

• Maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection

• Present a polished and professional appearance during video meetings

• Exhibit a well-groomed appearance

• Communicate clearly during calls

• Possess a strong UK or US accent

• Refrain from using AI-generated work; emphasize authentic, human-created content and communication

• Collaborate efficiently with other virtual assistants and team members
