Customer Success, Southern California – Greater Los Angeles/San Diego Regions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute renewal initiatives with district and school collaborators nationwide

• Partner with district and school leaders to design effective implementation strategies

• Conduct online webinar training sessions and in-person professional development workshops

• Evaluate usage data and metrics, collaborating with district partners to enhance user engagement

• Cultivate relationships through onsite meetings with partners, Goalbook events, and educational conferences

• Travel approximately 30%, with potential for increased travel during summer and fall

• Collaborate with Goalbook, which empowers educators to enhance instruction for all students and partners with over 1,100 school districts across 48 states

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of instructional leadership or coaching experience

• At least 5 years of teaching experience

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and persuasive communication skills

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• A valid driver's license is required

• Candidates must reside in Southern California, particularly in the Greater Los Angeles or San Diego areas

• Must live within a reasonable distance of a major commercial airport, such as LAX, SAN, BUR, ONT, or SNA

• 2 or more years of school or district leadership experience is preferred

• 2 or more years of business experience, ideally in sales or customer success, is desirable

• Experience in Special Education is a plus
