Customer Success Onboarding Advisor, Bilingual English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist new B2B clients in navigating their onboarding process for the US market.

• Ensure clients complete their initial bookings within the first month of their subscription.

• Foster strong client relationships, proactively identify challenges, and resolve objections.

• Conduct training sessions for new clients following the sale.

• Aid clients in configuring their Booksy accounts to meet their unique requirements.

• Provide ongoing follow-up and assistance during the first month of subscription.

• Implement proactive outreach through calls and communications to enhance engagement with newly onboarded providers.

• Offer expert advice on application features and assist users in leveraging the platform effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Onboarding, Customer Success, Sales, or related fields.

• Customer-focused with exceptional listening, persuasion, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Detail-oriented and organized, allowing for swift and effective responses to customer inquiries and solution identification.

• Experience in proactive outreach via phone, email, or WhatsApp to achieve activation goals.

• Implementing a proactive calling and contacting strategy to maximize engagement with newly onboarded providers.

• Positive and proactive demeanor, with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative team spirit.

• Expert-level knowledge of application functionalities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce/Google Suite is a plus.
