This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the success of a select group of high-impact enterprise clients from implementation through to long-term value delivery.
• Serve as the strategic partner post-sale, gathering customer requirements, operational priorities, and success key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop implementation briefs for the ProServe team that align with client objectives and challenges.
• Ensure that the system setup is structured to deliver both immediate and long-term value to customers.
• Track platform usage, performance metrics, and operational indicators to promote adoption.
• Conduct data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that highlight the platform's impact on customer KPIs.
• Identify areas of underutilization or misalignment and suggest corrective measures to sustain ROI.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers, directors, and C-level executives.
• Convert customer challenges into actionable platform solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product, ProServe, and Support teams.
• Maintain account health through insight, proactive action, and effective communication.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Proven experience in building trusted relationships and delivering value to large enterprise clients.
• In-depth understanding of data, platform configuration, and factors influencing customer ROI.
• Strong technical skills and confidence in making changes within a software platform.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with operational teams, senior stakeholders, and board-level executives.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
• Naturally inquisitive and dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Experience in fleet management, telematics, logistics, or compliance technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or other reporting and data visualization tools is advantageous.
• Prior involvement in product feedback, product enhancement, or implementation strategy is desired.
• Exposure to environments governed by GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 is favorable.
• Experience working with large enterprise organizations, particularly those with over 500 employees or revenues exceeding £100m, is preferred.
