This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Collaborate directly with Small Business and Mid-Market clients to enhance their recruiting operations.
• Ensure a seamless experience for customers, making them feel valued and understood.
• Establish success plans.
• Create and present Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Promote product adoption and enablement.
• Relay customer requirements to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Work together to drive renewals and expansions.
• Develop strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of customer processes and challenges to influence workflows.
• Cultivate robust executive-level relationships to boost product adoption, enhance customer sentiment, and improve retention.
• Analyze customer product utilization data to suggest features, settings, or modules.
• Create customer strategies and success playbooks while tracking their outcomes.
• Maintain a thorough technical and workflow understanding of the GoodTime product suite.
• Grasp the talent acquisition industry to pinpoint opportunities and link customer challenges with effective solutions.
• Collaborate across functions to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Minimum of 4 years in Customer Success Management or Customer Onboarding with sophisticated software solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience in conducting QBRs.
• Experience in Recruiting, ATS, and/or HR Technology is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team atmosphere and is prepared to handle multiple roles.
• A proactive problem-solver who can find solutions independently.
• Capability to effectively collaborate across various functions including engineering, product, sales, and marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• No consideration will be given to 3rd Party Agencies/Recruiters.
