This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
• Organize training sessions focused on software functionalities and best practices.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders as the main point of contact.
• Create and implement customer success plans aligned with client business objectives.
• Evaluate account health, usage statistics, and customer feedback to pinpoint growth and optimization opportunities.
• Propel business transformation, enhance workflow efficiency, promote software adoption, and support digital-first workflows.
• Ensure that software adoption and growth are in sync with customer business results and assess delivery outcomes.
• Track customer usage and engagement metrics.
• Tackle adoption barriers through targeted interventions.
• Assist customers in integrating Browzwear solutions into their core business operations.
• Secure contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities with assistance from Account Management.
• Present value-focused ROI cases that highlight the platform's impact.
• Relay customer feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Champion customer needs in the prioritization of the product roadmap.
• Address customer issues and coordinate cross-functional resources to tackle complex challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Design, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within SaaS or engagement management at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Proven track record of enhancing customer retention by proactively managing account health, adoption, and satisfaction to facilitate successful renewals and expansions.
• Capability to convert technology into business value and ROI-focused narratives.
• Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM tools, analytics platforms, and Browzwear’s suite of products (preferred).
• Comfortable collaborating across global, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
