Customer Success Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist customers with their everyday requirements

• Offer advice on the optimal utilization of products and services

• Gather customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience

• Work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including a 2-hour break

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Must possess a computer or laptop, headset or headphones, webcam, and reliable internet connection

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Sales Management, Accounting, or a relevant field

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of accounting and tax-related topics is advantageous

• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial
