This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for users throughout the application process, including AI-driven interviews, accepting job offers, and receiving payments.
• Deliver prompt and effective assistance to talent users facing inquiries or challenges.
• Thoroughly investigate issues reported by talent by replicating bugs, determining root causes, and identifying user experience friction, model edge cases, and system defects.
• Analyze the AI and SaaS infrastructure utilizing telemetry, logs, network analysis, and database queries.
• Assess issues, escalating engineering challenges and resolving others through configuration adjustments, prompt enhancements, or user support.
• Highlight systemic trends and product risks to engineering and product leadership.
• Develop documentation and runbooks to minimize recurring issues and enhance resolution efficiency.
• Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
• Collaborate directly with the engineering team.
• Proficient in debugging web applications.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a prestigious institution, or relevant experience in a fast-paced technology startup.
• Experience in developing modern web applications such as React, Node, Flask, or Next.js, or 2–5 years of experience providing support for customers using such applications.
• Comfortable with AI systems, including large language models (LLMs), agents, or generative models.
• Background in examining AI tool behavior, including fine-tuning, prompt chains, chain-of-thought debugging, or agent development.
• Ability to comprehend model outputs, failure modes, hallucinations, and feedback loops.
• Familiarity with modern AI APIs like OpenAI and Anthropic, or agent frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGPT is advantageous.
• Native-level proficiency in English writing.
• Applicants must currently reside in Latin America.
• Availability to work six days a week with significant overlap with Pacific Time (PT/PST) hours.
• Annual salary ranging from $35K to $50K.
