This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement SIS integrations across PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy, and various legacy systems, establishing data mapping specifications, transformation logic, and validation criteria.
• Take ownership of SFTP pipeline setup, Clever/ClassLink rostering configuration, SSO provisioning, and workflows for platform-level data ingestion.
• Develop and review data transformation scripts, API integration specifications, and configuration documentation.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between Edia’s engineering team and district IT stakeholders.
• Identify integration risks and lead engineering solutions to prevent them from hindering go-live events.
• Oversee full-lifecycle implementation projects from contract signing to go-live.
• Coordinate project plans, technical milestones, dependency mapping, risk registers, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage transitions from the Sales team to implementation and from implementation to Customer Success Management at go-live.
• Lead internal status meetings across Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
• Navigate district procurement timelines, IT governance frameworks, and organizational dynamics.
• Guide district stakeholders through technical onboarding and best practices for rollout.
• Identify adoption risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Design implementation playbooks, tools, templates, and success metrics.
• Determine when deeper technical engagement is necessary and assist in shaping the implementation team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical implementation, solution engineering, integration engineering, or a closely related technical delivery role within a SaaS or data-intensive environment.
• Practical experience with REST APIs, SFTP pipelines, ETL workflows, data mapping, and schema design.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Python or SQL is highly advantageous.
• Extensive understanding of integration patterns and system architectures.
• Experience in reviewing API specifications, troubleshooting data pipeline issues, and drafting technical configuration documentation.
• Proven history of delivering complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders on time in enterprise or public-sector settings.
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills, including risk management, tracking dependencies, and accountability for milestones.
• Authorization to work in the United States; Edia is currently unable to sponsor or transfer work authorization.
