Customer Success, Client and Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding journey for new clients, guaranteeing a structured initiation of the relationship in line with expectations.

• Assist clients and manage projects at every stage, tracking requests, timelines, and deliverables.

• Organize and oversee tasks and projects using ClickUp.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and aligning expectations.

• Coordinate requests with the internal team to ensure that activities advance and commitments are fulfilled.

• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, including NPS, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Recognize signs of dissatisfaction and implement preventive measures to minimize churn.

• Create initiatives to enhance relationships, boost retention, and contribute to the growth of customers’ Lifetime Value (LTV).

• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, client relations, or account management.

• Proficient in ClickUp for organizing and tracking projects.

• Capability to manage multiple clients and requests concurrently.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving results.

• Independence in monitoring activities, identifying issues, and resolving them.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and coordinate activities between clients and internal professionals.

• Preferred: experience in marketing agencies or business advisory firms.

• Preferred: understanding of customer satisfaction metrics, NPS, churn, retention, and LTV.

• Preferred: experience with client onboarding processes.

• Preferred: familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, particularly Claude AI.
